How can I transfer my songs in my ipod to my itunes ?

I got a new computer and I want to know how to transfer my ipod songs too my itunes ...... I downloaded itunes but I dont want too start over with downloading all thee songs !!! pleasee givee me a free && easy wayy too do thiss ..... you wouldd help alot thanxx (:
