My husband and I have live in Fl for almost 6yrs now, He has a daughter who's 15 who lives with us full time,her mother hasn't seen her for that many years in AL. Haven't even tried to call, birthday's, christmas nothing. Just recently she took my husband back to court to modify the divorce for unsupervised visitation. (mainly to get back at him) We mistakenly did not show up and the judge went ahead and ordered visitation. (Of course we are appealing) Our 15 yr does not want to visit due to the trauma she went through before with her (drugs, etc), Can she make her follow the order, if she is not willing to and can she obtain a warrant for my husband! Mind you this lady has four kids and does not have none of them, She is doing to try to get back at my husband! Our 15 yr old when she called last night, got upset and started hyper ventilating. She does want to have anything to do with her.
