Is this a good breeder?

In my eyes any breeder who offers that many breeds for sale and or intentionally crosses breeds is not reputable in any sense of the word... Can we say *screams puppy mill* (trust me they are only in it for the money and don't give a rat's A$$ about you or the needs etc of the dogs they produce). If you want a cavalier king charles spaniel/poodle cross why not look into rescuing...Believe me, by doing this you are definitely upping your odds at reducing a whole lot of medical and behavioral issues... Seeing as rescues fully evaluate the needs, and capability of handling those needs, for and of every dog and/or potential owner that crosses their path...Good luck in your search..
