Does she like me or is she just being nice and not trying to hurt my feelings?

I'll make a long story short since I've already asked about this girl more than once. Basically I met her while we were volunteering together. She's a nice girl and all. Well, I kind of like her. I didn't want to impose on her relationship (she was telling one of the other workers she had a boyfriend) I'm not like that. But I did ask if I could call her. Well, she said I could so I did and she didn't call back. The next time I saw her I kind of gave her the cold shoulder (she did after all, say I could call her and she ignored me) so I felt a little hurt. She seemed to look a little hurt when I didn't play around as much with her. The next few times I saw her though we slowly moved back into the grove of playing around and such and the last time I saw her she got a new haircut and all and I said she looked really good. She just kind of smiled, looked away, and then more or less ran away. Is it possible she likes me?
