Ford ranger, ways to lift?

i drive a 1991 ford ranger and i want to increase the height of my truck. i want the cheapest way to do it. i thought about a body lift and i would want to get a 3-6 inch lift. i also considered gettin bigger tires. i'm sittin on 15's and i thought about going up to somewhere around 21 or 22's. what would probly be the easiest and cheapist way to increase the overall height of my truck?
