Would a psychiatrist prescribe antipsychotics for a teen? please read.?

ive been seeing a psychologist for a while now, and she thinks its time to put me on medication for depression and anxiety. she has referred me to a psychiatrist whom i will see soon. but there are some other things going on that i haven't told my parents or my psychologist, i cut myself and i hear voices..im also somewhat paranoid, the other night i started crying hysterically and hyperventilating, and shaking because of this little green bug. i also get really jumpy in the dark because ill see random figures moving around, and shadows. sometimes i will see a dog running or something, and no one else sees it. i want to tell the psychiatrist about this, but i don't think she'll believe me sinc i haven't told my psychologist or parents about any of this. if i was to tell her about these voices and somewhat visual "hallucinations", would she put me on antipsychotics as well? i am only 14. or should i tell my parents? should i just wait to be put on the antidepressants and antianxiety meds and hope that these other things go away?
