How do i handle my situation?

he sounds like a bum. You should talk to his parents. My mom always told me that I could never stay at home without doing SOMETHING (like joob school etc etc...). They may not even be that strict idk... I wouldn't give him an ultimatum or anything but I would bring up the subject and see how he responds. If he doesn't seem like he planns on doing anything with his life...I say kick him to the curb he sucks.
