What Processor is better/higher?

Well, that AMD Processor is a Hex-Core (6 Cores) Clocked at 2.80GHz = 16.80GHz in all. Plus it has 6 MB of L3 Cache and 3 MB of L2 Cache. That Intel Processor has a Dual Core (Two Cores) clocked at 3.10GHz = 6.20GHz, It only has 3 MB of Intel smart Cache. So I would go for the AMD only for performance.
