Problems Laying Ceramic Tile on Concrete Floor?

IYou can use the thin set or concrete patch. Why you would have to insulate a cold water feeder pipe is beyond me when you live in Florida. I have been putting PCV pipe into concrete for years and never had a problem. I would use the thin set because if you ever had to replace the pipe, it is easier to break out than concreter.
