Is everything on Y!A a violation?

On my last account I had 3 questions at the same time reported, there was nothing in them that was a violation so i appealed each one of them. And guess what I WON I had them all reinstated. But at the same time my account got suspended, even though I had no previous violation. So basically my account got suspended for nothing I did wrong. I wrote the Y!A team and all I got was a lousy auto response. Is there a board of directors I can go to? The Y!A team is incompetent and needs to be fired, I will not rest until I get this problem fixed.
