I want to be intimate with my boyfriend...and he wants it too...but I can't do it?

I don't know how to open myself up for that. Every time we try I get shy and stop him. I love him very much and I kow this has nothing to do with some sort of problem with him, this is all me. I just don't know how to fix myself I guess.
