Am i right to blame my friend for giving me anorexia?

One day when we were in pe my friend started making comments on my arms. she said i had bingo wings when i know now i didnt, i was 2 clothes size smaller than her. but anyway she always kept commenting on them and over the years i just stopped eating and was diagnosed with anorexia. And today she said: Hey Remember when you were anorexic you looked damn stupid. of course i was mortified as its a disese but anyway i blamed her for kickstarting it . was i right to blame her?
