Starsky and Hutch Scene Taken out on TV?

I can't say for sure, but what you're describing almost sounds like one of the unfilmed scripts. If you could provide a little more info, I may be able to help. There were about 4 episodes where some of the original TV footage was cut before Sony placed it on DVD, but what you're describing doesn't sound like any of those episodes.
